I am a Masters level and Accredited Coach, a Certified Supervisor, a Presenter and Researcher, with experience of delivering personal, leadership and team learning at senior levels in major global organisation.

I work with clients to stimulate enlightening perspectives regarding business and personal growth.  I tailor client work to each client’s needs, exploring and understanding where you are, increasing your awareness and impact, and sharpening capabilities.

I partner with a wide range of business clients, including senior practitioners in professional services organisations. I specialise in supporting HR practitioners — particularly those working in SMEs — by offering high-quality reflective practice and dedicated space for professional growth and impact.

I provide a tailored balance of trust, support and challenge from which individual and collective possibilities emerge.  I am known for building long-term business relationships, successfully completing demanding briefs that require an additional level of experienc and work in a compassionate and culturally sensitive fashion.
