Moving into coaching supervision has been incredibly rewarding. It’s given me the chance to bring together my experience, share ideas, and explore new ways of learning about coaching practice. Coaching is still a young profession and it’s constantly evolving. That makes Supervision an exciting place to uncover new insights and possibilities, connecting your personality and approach with your coaching market.

I offer both individual and group Supervision.

In Supervision, I draw on my experiences of lecturing on reflective practice, my Professional Certificate in Supervision, highly developed team leadership and facilitation skills, my work as an APECS Board member and my own regular supervision.

My approach is collaborative and supportive, aimed at helping coaches to develop their awareness, confidence, professional growth, and fresh ideas to take their practice further.
