Coaching is a confidential process that provides a safe space for you to explore your thinking and aspirations with me as a supportive, non-judgmental partner.
In my coaching practice, I draw on a range of skills to help you deepen your self-awareness, clarify your goals and recognise more of your personal potential.
My coaching style is primarily non-directive, meaning we work collaboratively to develop your thinking processes and empower you to identify and achieve your own desired outcomes. I aim for the work to be fun and a highlight to look forward to.

Coaching.
My coaching work is founded on:
1.
Extensive Coaching Knowledge
I completed a three-year Master’s in Coaching and Behavioural Change in 2019 and a Professional Coaching Supervision Certificate in 2024. I am an Associate at Henley Business School, a Vice Chair of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and an Accredited Coach with APECS.
2.
Highly Developed Coaching Skills
My coaching skills emerged from adapting business approaches to the cultural perspectives of staff and clients working in diverse international markets. My training has refined these capabilities within a coaching context, strengthening my reflective practice and expanding my professional range. Through ongoing personal and professional development, I continually challenge and deepen my self-awareness, to deliver fresh, impactful and sensitive coaching.
3.
Coaching Experience
My coaching practice focuses on professionals and teams within the professional services sector, HR practitioners and SMEs. Over the past 15 years, I have worked internationally with a wide range of coachees and coaches as both a Coach and a Supervisor. In my role as a Lecturer, I have also worked with senior professionals across multiple industries.
4.
Business Experience
As a former Partner at PwC, I led businesses in the UK, the Netherlands, and Central & Eastern Europe. These leadership experiences shape the questions I ask and the perspectives I bring to my coaching practice.
5.
Personal Experience
Throughout my career, I have been coached by others at different stages of my professional journey, and I continue to engage in regular coaching supervision to support my ongoing growth and development as a practitioner.
