My approach begins with curiosity: what does your team truly need - both as individuals and as a group - and how can we create an intervention that delivers real impact and drives sustainable change across your organisation?

We work collaboratively to create programmes that are practical, evidence-based and outcomes-focused. My leadership experience combined with cultural sensitivity developed through leading large global client teams and business divisions across Europe, allows me to design solutions that work in complex organisational contexts.

I am also an experienced presenter and facilitator, most recently as a course lecturer on Senior Level Apprenticeship programmes as an Associate of Henley Business School.

My commitment to continuous learning - through regular continuing professional education, reflective practice, and curiosity - ensures my methods remain fresh and impactful. I also bring current leadership knowledge as a Board Member of APECS.

I am known for building long-term business relationships and successfully completing demanding briefs that require higher levels of experience.
